This website currently delivers to the UK, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, France(Metropolitan), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, New Zealand, Australia and the USA only!

UK: Mainland Delivery Charges apply for Royal Mail up to 4.5kg.
Certain items have to be sent via Parcelforce due to length. You will be advised of this within the product description of the item.

England and Wales: Courier: Starting at 5kg - £12.95 then up to 23kg - £13.99 then up to 24kg - £14.12 plus an additional £0.35 per 1kg up to 50kg; then £1.75 per 5kg up to 100kg (subject to change).

Note: all weights are weight of packaged order, not weight of item/s.

Handling Fee

Our shipping charges are those that we have to pay to ship the item/s to you which may include a small charge to cover packaging.
We reserve the right to amend the site to include a small handling fee and/or low order fee for all goods to go towards other costs.
We believe this to be a fairer method than applying a set shipping charge as used on many websites!

Delivery charges are as above but are also displayed at the checkout before you confirm your order!

Will be in £ (Pound Sterling) only!

Methods of payment:
Paypal - You will need a "Paypal" account to use this method! Paypal accounts may be created via the link at the bottom of any page. Credit and Debit cards may be used at Paypal.
Electronic Bank transfer - To pay by this method, please "Contact Us" first. You must have an online bank account and be able to make payments to other bank accounts using a "Faster Payments" method. Check with your online bank that this can be done before confirming your order! If not then use "Paypal"

Local Pickup from Maidstone.

Deliveries

The services below are subject to stock availability and the time your order is placed. The average delivery times apply once your order has been dispatched.

On rare occasions, Royal Mail deliveries may take up to 15 working days as stated on the Royal Mail website under their terms and conditions. Courier deliveries may be delayed by extreme weather conditions or reasons out of their control.

** For the Channel Islands (including Alderney and Herm) & International Delivery, excluding the countries as stated above, up to 2kg please contact us via our “Contact Us” page.

Our delivery rates are based upon the weight and and size of the order. Extra long items will carry a surcharge. Please be assured we do not profit from delivery payments and even give customers an allowance on some charges.
Surcharges may apply to orders going to Scottish highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and EU countries (we will contact you if an additional surcharge applies.)

Dispatch Date

Dispatch dates are subject to stock availability and the time your order is placed.

Items "Made to Order" will be dispatched when manufactured. This will depend on availability of materials at the time of order. We will advise of estimated delivery time by email following the placement of the order. If this is not acceptable then contact us using the "Contact Us" page and any monies paid will be refunded.

We aim to dispatch all other orders within 2 working days, with 99% of most orders being dispatched the same day.

Please note that we may not dispatch items on weekends

If there is an unexpected delay to dispatch we will contact you and let you know.

Order Tracing

Tracking details are not available for Royal Mail 1st & 2nd Class deliveries, or Royal Mail Air packages.

Order Discrepancies

Upon receipt of your order, please check that all items are as ordered. All discrepancies should be notified to SmaTackle within 48 hours of receipt.
For missing items, in the circumstance that you have not received a delay e-mail for the item, please notify us within 48 hours. If you have not informed us of a missing item within 30 days of your receiving the order, we will not be required to send a replacement or offer a refund.
