The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the smatackle.co.uk web site. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order also indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions, This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

General
All orders that you place on this Web Site will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms. These Terms may be amended at any time by smatackle.co.uk. They may also be extended to include other conditions applicable to specific goods or services offered by smatackle.co.uk from time to time. It is your responsibility to read the Terms every time you place an order. smatackle.co.uk reserves the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to remove, amend or vary the content, which appears on any page of the Web Site.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Description of Goods
All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.

Accuracy of Product Information
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of smatackle.co.uk is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, smatackle.co.uk cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the prices to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties. All prices on our website are fully inclusive and delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
The total cost of the order including shipping is available for you to view before you have to confirm the order!

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If payment has been made and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund in the value of the incorrect price (including any delivery charges paid).

Payment Methods

On the order you must provide us with your exact billing/delivery address, telephone number, email address and phone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

We accept payment via :

1. Electronic Bank Transfer ("Contact Us" first to use this method!)

This can be done via your online bank account.
Details required to effect this payment method are given at the checkout prior to "Confirming Order". A confirmation email with these details is sent to your email address after the order is confirmed.
Your order will only be processed once we have confirmed that payment has occurred.

2. Paypal.

Paypal accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Switch.
Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card, or bank account details have been properly received by Paypal and notification to us via Paypal that payment to us has occurred.

Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges, unless otherwise stated, and they will be added to the price of the products at the checkout prior to order confirmation.

Delivery Times
Delivery of products within UK (stock items) will normally be made within 1-3 working days from clearance of payment. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 28 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 28 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. See also "Returns Policy" and "Postage & Delivery".

Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be notified to us via our "Contact Us" link on the website within 7 days of the time of delivery.

In the event that goods are returned to us without notifying us, as above, we will not be liable for any loss sustained by you and we will contact you to arrange payment by you of a further carriage charge before we are obliged to attempt to redeliver the items to you.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims:

Damage in transit: Please read "Return Policy" . If goods arrive in a damaged condition it will be your responsibility to inform us by email via our contact us page within 7 days from delivery.

Shortages: It is your responsibility to inform us of any shortages by notifying us by email via our contact us page within 7 days from delivery.

In-Correct Goods: Please read "Returns Policy" . It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods within 7 days from delivery, by email via our contact us page

Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date by email via our contact us page.

Faulty Goods: Please read "Return Policy".

Refunds: Please read "Return Policy".

If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you after an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage is paid to us.

Some of our items are only available for special order or made to order and are therefore non-returnable or refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival or receipt of the goods.

This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

Security and Privacy
All information supplied to us regarding an order is solely used for the completion of that order. No information is passed on to third parties for any reason whatsoever.
We abide by the "Data Protection Act 1998"
